When will my item be dispatched if i make a purchase?   Your item will be sent on the next working day (this includes Saturday mornings).

 

 

 

How will my purchase be packaged?   All items are packaged to a very high standard to prevent damage occurring. We pride ourselves on the quality of each consignment sent out.

 

 

 

Which service will my record be sent to me using?   All UK items are sent using Royal Mail 1st Class service. A option for the dispatch to be Royal Mail 'Signed-For' is also available at a small extra cost. We always keep receipts and proof of posting for all transactions in case any items is lost in the postal system.

 

 

 

Can you sent a item to anywhere in the world?   Your purchase can be sent to anywhere in the world using 'Airmail'. Please contact us for the cost of sending to your country.

 

 

Do you accept returns?   Returns are accepted up to 10 days after date of purchase. A full refund will be issued for faulty items. A refund minus the postage costs will be issued for any items purchased in error.

 

 

Are discounts available if i buy more than one item?    We would like to offer discounts for multiple purchases. Please contact us with details of the items that you are interested in and we will offer you the discounts that we can.

 

 

 

Will postage discounts apply if i buy several items?   Postage discounts are available as follows: UK for each additional 7" = £0.50  UK for each additional 12" = £1.25  Rest of World for each additional 7" = £0.75  Rest of World for each additional 12" = £2.10

 

 

 

Do you stock more items than are shown on your web-site?   Yes we have a large stock of vinyl from our collection that is for sale but not listed in our store. Please contact us if you do not see certain items that you are searching for. If we don't have it we will do our best to source it for you.
